Hi everyone,
This is my first post this year. It seem like I'm always playing catch up and almost never get anything done early. I have finished Sept, Oct, and Nov but am still working on Dec and Jan. You can see them here www.dancingravendesigns.com .
I am working on a beach theme because I want to have warm thoughts this winter. It has been
-30 degrees here (Wasilla, Alaska) for almost two weeks now and they don't know when it's ever going to warm up. That just means we have more time inside beading. I sure wish we would get some of that snow you all are getting down there. Snow means warmer weather.
Well, I hope you like my squares. Thanks, Cheryl

I'm such a fan of your work! It's always compelling, beautiful technically and inspirationa!!!!! Sept, Oct and Nov are no exceptions. The starfish, shell and rock look somewhat raised... are they? I enjoyed seeing your 07-08 pieces too... very different... wish I knew all the stories that go with them and would love to see the finished book in person. I gotta get up your way someday.... but not in the winter... no thanks on that -30 business. I thought 10 was cold. Thanks for posting! Robin A.
I love how luscious your pages are! I also like the beach theme and think it's a great way to get through winter. I'm so glad you posted!
Stay warm, Susan
How rich and full your work is. I love the fullness and the abundant colorations. Minus thirty makes me shiver, and I swear that I won't complain about ice storms. Can't wait to see what you are finishing up for December.

all 3 are lovely! Would like to see them in person... but I'll stick to my -2 degrees this morning rather than -30....
I can't complain with 19 degrees here in CT, I'll think of your -30 this winter. Your pages did warm me up and made me think about going to the beach. I looked through 2007 pages, too and loved them. I can't remember seeing them last year so I'm glad they were there to see.
What a wonderful combination of pages!

Your pages are so beautiful, what a wonderful artist!
Beautiful, I just want to pick them up and hold them. I enjoyed them all but I absolutely love the starfish.
Nice work!
Such lovely pieces! And, yes, that starfish is outstanding . . .
