June Magpie takes flight

Although I have just finished my last block for this years BJP I am a bit behind in blogging about them. I will try to catch up in the next week or so. Happy Summer Solstice!

Hi! Between moving & physical issues, I've had a hard time keeping up. BUT, I do have May's rune done. You can see it here if you'd like. Hopefully I can catch up soon! So many details in a move across an ocean...and SO EXPENSIVE!

Tree Spirit Comes To Life.

Although my April block has been done since the end of April I am finally managing to get all of my posts about it on my BJP Blog. I wrote the first post 2 weeks ago the 2nd today and the 3rd will come out tomorrow. I haven't gotten very far on May but things have been pretty crazy and we just found out we need to be out of our rental house the end of June which pushes our schedule up quite a bit. Life is never boring that is for sure. ~Angie

April Rune done!

Hi, all!
I finally finished my April rune! You can see it here! It was especially interesting to me to be working on these runes at a time when the news is reporting children being abused as witches in Africa! Who knew I'd be creating something that some people think of as evil.

Cougar Watching

I have finished my March piece and have finished the last of the 3 blogs I have written for it.  Since I had received questions about my technique and research I included more information about those subjects for this month.  You can read all about it here.

For those interested I have also reworked my website and added new posts to my main blog about the box I am making for my husband when I took the class with Robin.

Bison and Bear finished

Life hasn't been boring with colds a snowstorm and Wayne working his first month at his new job so I have fallen behind on commenting on peoples posts but I am constantly amazed at what everyone has been doing, kudos to everyone.   ~Angie

November Bead Project Finished

Finally I have November finished and you can see it at www.nevertoolatetohavefun.blogspot.com Despite the reintal detachment I was able to finish another project and now am working on January. Yes, I know they are out of order, but I can't help it. I believe the point is to get them done so I am trying. Thanks to all who gave me warm wishes for getting well. Slow but Still Plodding Along

I finally finished my November page. Yes, yes I know, it is February. I am probably the biggest behinder this year. Not only that but I fell out of keeping up with all your blogs. I apologize for that. Once I got really behind and Christmas stuff got me behinder I felt too bad to spend my time blogging and not beading. I plan to spend the next two evenings playing catch up. First time posting

Hi everyone,

This is my first post this year. It seem like I'm always playing catch up and almost never get anything done early. I have finished Sept, Oct, and Nov but am still working on Dec and Jan. You can see them here www.dancingravendesigns.com .
I am working on a beach theme because I want to have warm thoughts this winter. It has been
-30 degrees here (Wasilla, Alaska) for almost two weeks now and they don't know when it's ever going to warm up. That just means we have more time inside beading. I sure wish we would get some of that snow you all are getting down there. Snow means warmer weather.
