January 2009 piece.......cold/icy/snow!Using a piece of vintage rhinestone jewelry at the bottom.......
December 2008 piece....royal purple/gold for Christmas! Rhinestone in her crown..........

November 2008 piece: autumn leaves..........rhinestone vintage jewelry piece on her chest.......


October 2008 piece: hallowe'en ghost! orange bead eyes don't show up well......(rhinestones fill the letters
"OO"...........



September 2008 piece......wanted to start with a mermaid, but used the ocean's colors on my chosen "doll" shape anyway! Rhinestones used at the tips of her crown.......(each of my pieces feature vintage rhinestone jewelry parts).
Sorry these photos loaded BACKWARDS.......of course you know the Sept. 2008 is the FIRST piece.
This blog is new to me; will try to load upcoming photos in the proper order!

Yay, Phyl!!! Doesn't matter if we view them backwards, they're mighty wonderful to behold!!! What a fun idea to use rhinestones on all of them... that's just precious! Are they pins... wearable? Each has such a distinctive personality. Thanks so much for posting these pictures.

These dolls are amazing! Beautiful work! How large are they? I think they must be very small because of the design on the paper towels (?) behind them.
